Below, we’ve answered your most frequently asked questions about our home delivery options.

When will I receive my order over Christmas?

Our cut-off for delivery before Christmas is 20th December at 2pm when selecting Express Shipping and 9am for UPS 2 Working Days.

Please note that we will be closed from the 22nd of December until the 2nd of January.

Express Shipping and UPS 2 Working Days Shipping will not be available during the shutdown.

All orders placed within this time period will be subject to delivery within 10 working days.

The standard shipping information regarding estimated delivery times below is not applicable during the shutdown.

How much will it cost to pick, pack & deliver my order to my door?

There are a range of delivery options available:

UK delivery
  • Standard delivery 3-5 working days – from £4.95*
  • Express 2 Working Days £7.95 – The Cut off time is 2 pm
  • UPS 2 Working Days £8.95 – The Cut off time is 9 am

Any orders placed after Friday will not be collected until the following Monday.

*Orders over 15kg may incur extra shipping costs.

Please note that during the busy times of the year (Christmas), delivery make take a little longer.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, we have had to temporarily suspend ALL international orders due to the Brexit transition, courier services are suspended. This is beyond our control, but we are working closely with our couriers in order to return to normal as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery can take up to 5 working days.

Delivery to certain areas including Aberdeen, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland may take longer than our standard delivery times stated.

Remote Addresses

Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times. Cost dependent on the weight and volume of your order.

How will I know that my order is on its way?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with details of the courier and a tracking number so that you can keep up to date with delivery progress.

Where can I get help?

If you require further help, we can be contacted via our contact form and we will respond as quickly as possible. (Please note, our customer service operates from 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday).

How do I track my order?

Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, you should receive your tracking number and a link to track this directly with the courier, be that Evri or UPS.
