This was my second time ordering this. First time round the Online pound store sent me a voucher for the £3 without even contacting me to tell me the item was out of stock!!! To be honest I was furious!! The three pound doesn’t even cover the delivery fee!!!! I emailed the office several times, each response took a long time to come through!! Eventually I phoned the office and got it resolved.
