Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all areas of the UK. We now also deliver to Europe at a cost of £14.99 Per Parcel Excluding Czech Republic,Croatia,Iceland,Norway,Serbia,Switzerland if you would like a parcel to the excluded countries please get in touch as there is a £25.00 Customs Clearance Charge.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Our standard delivery charge of £4.95 applies to all orders.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders take 2-3 working days on average to be processed. Once processed expected delivery times are currently 3-5 working days. Any delivery to certain areas including Aberdeen, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Sicily and Northern Ireland may take longer. European orders can take 3-7 days depending on the location we are delivering to. (Next working day delivery is only available for orders placed before 3pm on a working day. Please note: Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days. if an order is placed on a weekend or bank holiday, your order will be processed on the next valid working day for delivery the next working day after that.)
Can I have my order shipped to an address different to my billing address?
Yes, the billing address that you provide must match the information on your debit/credit card account, however you can request that your item is delivered to an alternate shipping address.
What if I want to return an item or items?
If it is a faulty item it will need to be in original packaging unopened in order to be returned. Postage will be paid for if it is the fault of the Online Pound Store, at a maximum cost of £4.95 second class standard. If you want to have the order tracked this will be at your own expense.
Will someone have to be available to sign for the order at the time of delivery?
Yes, all of our orders require a signature at the time of delivery by Hermes. If you are not present the Hermes driver will be able to leave the parcel in the nearest safe location e.g. a porch. We are not liable for goods once they are officially listed as delivered by the courier so we highly recommend the use the tracking information provided to make sure someone is present when the parcel is delivered.
